This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made via www.cybersure.com.my and forms part of our Terms of Service.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and licensing models, HWD Systems Sdn Bhd does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the software license or access has been provided.

We encourage customers to review all product information carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered on a discretionary basis only under the following exceptional circumstances:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to email: payment@hwd.com.my within five (5) days of the transaction date, with supporting evidence and a detailed explanation.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days from approval.
