• E-Wallets ([e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Grab, MAE and other supported providers])

All payments are processed securely through our appointed and licensed payment gateway provider(s). We do not store your payment information on our servers.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)], unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., Sales and service tax) as indicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect confirmed subscriptions or licenses already purchased.

3. Subscription and License Activation

Access to software products or services will be provided only after full payment verification. Upon successful payment, customers will receive:

• An electronic receipt to your registered email address.
• Insurance covernote or confirmation.

Please ensure that your email address and contact details are accurate before completing the purchase payment.

4. Recurring Billing (If Applicable)

For subscription-based products:

• Subscriptions may be set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
• You will receive advance and reminder notification at 60 days via email prior to any renewal.

If your payment fails or is declined, no software license or access will be granted until payment is successfully completed.
